To register a new account:
First, designate a Training Officer. This is the person(s) responsible for assisting users with account registration, assignment of courses, running reports, and providing basic technical support to Glatfelter University users within your organization.
Next, submit a registration request to csapps@vfis.com with the following information:
- Name of your organization
- Postal address
- Name of the Training Officer
- Training Officer email address
- Training Officer phone number
We will validate the information, create the account and reach out to the Training Officer with steps for logging in and adding personnel.
